In short

This site has no ad cookies and no tracking tools. I keep only what I need to answer your questions and to set up a meeting.

What I keep

If you chat with Bina (the chatbot on the Contact page):

• your messages and Bina's replies, to run the chat and to improve it;
• a short summary of the chat, written 6 days after the last message.

If you book a meeting:

• your name, email, the time you pick and the topic;
• your country, from your connection;
• a code made from your IP address with a secret key. It is only used to limit fake bookings. I never keep the IP address itself.

How long

• The full chat: 6 days after your last message, then only the summary stays.
• Messages, summaries and bookings: 12 months, then they are deleted automatically.
• The meeting itself stays in my calendar.

Who else sees it

I do not sell your data or share it for ads. A few trusted service providers process it for me, only to run the site, the chatbot, the bot protection and the meeting invites.

Some of them are outside Canada, so your data can be processed there.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I keep about you. Message me on LinkedIn, with the email you used for the meeting. I answer within 30 days.
